ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

ARI (Automotive Resources International), a billon-dollar fleet leasing company, headquartered in Mt. Laurel, NJ has an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate with strong communication and customer service skills to supervise & coordinate the daily responsibilities of the ICD staff.

Qualified candidate will review account reconciliations, financial statements, forecasts, annual budgets and quarterly statements; maintain & monitor staffing assignments; analyze client lease vs. buy; coordinate internal audits and update ARI’s policies & procedures.  You will assist internal & external clients with financial analysis; review cost benefit calculations for PIE Plus suggestions and review and assist with client sell-offs, P&L’s and FAS 13. 

Position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting or in a related role; a proven history of sound time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines; experience with budgeting, preparing financial statements, financial analysis and in critiquing the work of others; strong PC skills including MS Excel and the ability to work independently or in a group setting.  A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA is preferred.  Periodic business travel for audit & analysis may be required.
