Passages Hospice has now opened an office in Bloomington and is looking for nurses to help provide services in the Bloomington, Peoria and the Springfield area. Passages Hospice's foundation is built on a team concept. We have a nurse, CNA and marketing rep who will oversee the care of 5-7 nursing home patients that are receiving Passages Hospice care in a nursing home. We are looking for Full time and on call nurses. We offer superior compensation for those who become part of our Passages Hospice team. Requirements Must hold a current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in the state of Illinois. Must have a car with current insurance and a state drivers license.
