Staffmark,  formerly Venturi Staffing Partners, currently has an opening for a talented individual to fill the role of a  Loan Processor in Schaumburg, IL.   As an Loan Processor, you will be responsible for making decisions on loan applications up to confirming loan limits typically one-unit properties; preparing material and reports, gathering information, maintaining documentation, resolving appraisal disputes and executing closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process. Must maintain a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking centers associates and realtors, etc. Contributing to the overall operation of the company.

The ideal candidate will have administrative writing skills, Microsoft Office skills, professionalism, detail oriented, problem solving, excellent communication skills, organization, time management, data entry skills, and will work with in a team environment.
