Description

Financial Analyst

Prepares quarterly forecasts of production volumes, capital and operating expenses
Assists in developing financial presentation material for Board of Director quarterly meetings and outside agencies
Provides financial support to the operating Divisions
Develops ad hoc reports for the corporate and operating Divisions
Provides financial support to long-range planning activities related to production, expenses, capital and price differentials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Three plus years of accounting / finance experience within the oil and gas industry
Understanding of business transactions that occur in the oil and gas industry
Working knowledge of Excalibur Microsoft Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase preferred
Excellent financial analysis and communication skills
