Come join Corporate Office Centers, a fast growing company in the service business! We have an immediate opening for a bright professional at our Gardena Center Operation. As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating, as well as leaving, a positive impression on people who call or visit the center by way of your professionalism and customer service orientation. You will also assist the center team in providing excellent client service. You must be computer oriented, polished, professional, friendly, upbeat and possess a can-do attitude. Great entry level opportunity. Corporate Office Centers is a multi-tasked environment and requires the ability to prioritize and change direction frequently. Professional attire and an understanding of business protocol required.

This is a part time position.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:

  • An ability to speak Japanese is desirable but not required
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a business environment with a customer service focus
  • Professional and polished attire a must

  • Understanding of and adherence to standard business protocol
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
