JOB DESCRIPTION:

FRANCHISE BUSINESS CONSULTANT / MULTI UNIT LEADER

Must have FRANCHISING experience and a BA to be considered!

 

Huntington Learning Center is now considering Franchise Business Consultant candidates.  This position will work out of a home based office and will support a region of business units throughout the nation.  This opportunity requires a proven leader who has the ability to impact the financial performance of franchised units.  A strong business background and solid operational experience will help drive success in your territory.   

  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Build franchisee relationships influencing franchisees to meet and exceed standards
  • Improve revenue and profitability for all business segments through analysis, training and follow up
  • Conduct local area meetings and trainings as scheduled and as necessary
  • Conduct visits, and frequent contact calls – oversee approximately 35-45 units
  • Set and revise action plans to meet goals
  • Assist in setting marketing plans
  • Deal with and overcome franchisee objections and resistance to initiatives
  • Overnight travel will be required, about 50 - 70%
  • Attend all corporate trainings and seminars as scheduled

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified applicants will possess the following:

  • BA/BS degree – required
  • MA degree – a plus
  • At least 5 years experience in business management, consulting with franchisees at the multi unit level (preferably in a service related industry)
  • Strong financial acumen and strong analysis and problem solving abilities
  • Strong and direct communication skills
  • Effective organization and follow-up skills
  • High level of energy and urgency
  • Desire and ability to help people succeed
  • The ability produce independently, but function as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Excel

 

COMPENSATION:

Total compensation in the $60K range and up, plus comprehensive full-time benefits package.
