Description

Customer Service Associates

We are currently looking to hire 15 part-time evening customer service associates to join our clients research call center in Columbia, MD.

In this position you would be responsible for the following:

Placing calls to individuals to complete a follow up survey regarding their recent hospital stay.
Updating the database to show correspondence and progress with various projects.
Scheduling service visits when needed
Working on various projects as directed by the manager.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
MUST HAVE: prior customer service experience.
Stable work history, no job hoppers!
Experience with MS Office & Windows.
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours/week. Hours are 6:00pm-11:00pm

NOTE: Must be available to work on either Fri or Sat
