The H. C. Brill Company is hiring a Sales Representative to be based in Kansas City or surrounding area. This position will develop, manage and ultimately be responsible for achieving assigned sales and profit goals for the Kansas City, KS and Springfield, MO markets. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing customer sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
Requirements
The individual must be a professional with strong analytical, problems solving, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. They should have 5-10 years of management experience. Direct or in-direct experience working with the grocery store industry a MUST and experience with in-store bakery operations a strong PLUS and highly desired. Overnight travel required regularly.
This individual must be able to analyze, understand & interpret business trends to develop a workable business growth plan. The position requires strong financial, mathematical, statistical, marketing, and merchandising skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. They should have a working knowledge of syndicate data and strong presentation abilities. They should have advanced written and verbal communication skills.
