Renowned New York City Magnet hospital seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to coordinate and direct the patient care management strategies to ensure quality care and efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities include assisting in the development of the clinical pathways for assigned DRGs in cooperation with the nursing and medical staff, reviewing cases by all care givers against the clinical pathway, and documenting variances, determining justification and appropriateness, and reviewing timely clinical reviews of third party payors.

Qualified individuals will be a Licensed Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of hospital case management experience. Bachelors Degree required.
