CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Express Employment Professionals is seeking energetic, motivated, and customer focused candidates. This CSR position is for a local Boulder County food manufacturer. Position is full time and temp-to-hire.
JOB DUTIES:

Communicate with customers by phone, in person, and e-mail to ensure the best service possible

Serve as a designated customer contact

Answer customer questions regarding products, service, operation, and issues

Interview clients to get information, explain services

Receive/process orders, provide information on pricing, service changes, discontinuance, and shipping

Process proof of delivery for products or services, track customer orders, research missing/late deliveries

Process product returns or obtain approval for product returns, including working with vendors

Obtain credit records from credit reporting agency

Answer client questions, investigate/correct errors using client/company records, with calculator/computer

Adjust complaints concerning billing or services
-
Refer complaints concerning service or product failure to appropriate departments for investigation

Coordinate customer service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service

Data input and management of customer orders

Work closely with other internal departments to ensure customer needs are met

Print and manage need for production orders
