Sprint Customer Service Specialists take inbound calls from new or existing customers to activate or update accounts, assist with billing inquiries, and handle service or equipment issues.  In addition to providing excellent customer service, Sprint Customer service Specialists update and educate customers on the value of Sprint products and services while suggesting and selling new Sprint products or services to fit their needs.

For this call center position, we have the following minimum requirements: 

 

  • At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • At least 1 year of Professional Experience in a Sales or Quota-Driven Environment, such as a call center.
  • Must be able to attend a ten week mandatory training program.
  • Flexible and able to work any shift between the hours of 7:00am to 1:00am.     
                  • Willing to upsell a Sprint product or service on every call.

 

Basic qualifications include:

• Proven Customer Service skills in a challanging or complex environment

• Proven record of sales success including the ability to quickly identify core customer needs and persuasively present solutions
• Successful background in an environment requiring simultaneous listening, interpreting, typing and computer use skills
• Proven ability to work successfully in an environment requiring strict attendance

 

 

 

An ideal call center candidate will possess:

 

  • The ability to type and talk at the same time. 
  • A proven history of success in meeting metrics and goals in a past position is extremely beneficial.
  • The ability to navigate through up to 10 different computer screens  while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A high level of commitment for development.
  • Enjoy solving problems and working in a metric driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work till midnight or 1:00 am.
