Requirements
TELLER OPENINGS - Full -Time
Responsibilities include servicing the needs of the customer by offering referral opportunities and processing transactions. Requires a High School Diploma. Good math aptitude, and a minimum one year customer service, and 6 months cash-handling or Teller experience. PC experience is also required
RELATIONSHIP BANKERS
Responsible for developing, retaining and expanding profitable banking customer relationships by generating ideas, recommendations and product solutions that enhance the customer's financial position. Individual seeks out prospective new customers and sells all appropriate banking products and services. College degree, with a business emphasis, and a minimum of two years previous sales experience with proven track record of meeting goals is required. Financial Services Industry experience preferred. Must also have excellent business development skills, professional presentation and high quality customer relationship orientation. PC experience,including Microsoft Office is also a requirement.
ASSOCIATE BANKERS
Individual is responsible for expanding profitable business relationships by maximizing sales opportunities & insuring customer retention. Will handle customer transactions, cross sell bank products & services, open accounts, & resolve complex customer service issues. A HS diploma or equivalent, with a min. of 2 years sales experience w/a proven track record in meeting goals is required. We seek someone who possesses excellent interpersonal/customer service skills which includes verbal & written communication, and strong mathematical, problem solving & negotiation skills. Attention to detail & P.C. experience including Microsoft Office & Outlook is also a requirement.
.BANKING CENTER MANAGER
This position manages the overall performance of the banking center focused on servicing the needs of our Core customers. Individual selects, trains, coaches, supervises and evaluates Banking Center Staff, while working to retain and expand a portfolio of commercial and consumer customers. Requires exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and 3 to 5+ years of banking experience. Business development, sales, & banking center management experience are also a necessity. Customer retention beneficial.
