Job Description

Portamedic, a leader in the health information field, is currently looking for a Full -Time CSR.

The Customer Service Representative / CSR will work closely with customers by phone to:
  • Place orders
  • Answer questions
  • Resolve concerns
  • Verify data

    Customer Service Representative / CSR Qualifications:

  • Data entry skills
  • Problem solving skills and proven time management
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience required
