Job Description 

We are seeking Pest Control Technicians for the Ft Myers, FL area. Candidates must be enthusiastic and willing to work hard. Customer service experience is a plus, but is not required. WE WILL TRAIN!!!

Responsibilities include:
• Service preparation
• Truck preparation
• Treatment of home
• Review service agreement
• Inspect home and property
• Re-treatments
• Provide marketing materials
• Accurate service tickets

HomeTeam Pest Defense will train you for a career in termite and pest control. We also provide a vehicle, paid vacations, paid holidays, medical, dental, life, 401K and more.
 


Job Requirements 

Requirements:

*Valid Driver’s license

* Good Driving Record

* Pass drug screen

* Pass back ground check

* Good communication skills

* Works well independently

* High School or GED minimum

* Bilingual a plus – not required

* Experience with customer service a plus – not required

* Track record of achievement

* References

Must understand HomeTeam Pest Defense products and services. Ability to escalate appropriate inquires or problems to managers. Strong communication skills. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
