Description
An international leading tire 1 supplier is looking for a HR Manager in GA.
 
  • Develops and administers various Human Resources plans for all company personnel.
  • Establishes standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function (e.g. OSHA, EEO, ERISA, FLSA, etc.). 
  • Manages and maintains payroll activities.
  •  Serves as benefits administrator, assuring compliance with state and federal laws;serves as workers compensation administrator; reviews and approves insurance premium invoices and communicates benefits to staff.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Administers safety and environmental programs.
  • Maintains evaluation and compensation program for hourly employees.
 
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related area of human resources management.
  • Six or more years of experience in the human resources management field.
  • Experience at manufacturing environment required.
  • Knowledge of State and other Federal Regulations.(OHSA, EEO, FLSA, and etc...
  • Strong employee relationship skills.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office/payroll software/HRIS.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
