NARS is an international BPO specializing in providing its clients with outstanding service by employing Top Notch Top Gun collection representatives. NARS has been in business since 1993 and currently operates two National based call centers as well as two International call centers.

Responsibilities - Collection Representative

• Collection representatives are required to make outbound & receive inbound calls from delinquent account holders.

• Positions require collection of delinquent accounts.
• These positions have monthly quotas to be achieved.
• Representatives who exceed monthly quotas are paid lucrative performance bonuses. (certain qualifications apply).
• Representatives must abide by company guidelines and the FDCPA.

   

Requirements - Collection Representatives:

• You must have Agency collections experience, where collections is the primary function of your job.

• Previous experience with telephone collections is required.  

• All candidates we seek will have competent PC and keyboard skills along with assertive, clear and concise written/oral communication skills.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bi-Lingual candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Must pass a drug test, and a criminal background check

Compensation:

• Base Pay: Between $11 and $13 / hour.
