Summary
This at-will position will assist the division in setting and achieving the division’s goals. Under the supervision of senior management, manage the operations of a specialty or subspecialty. Adheres to company mission and values.

Manage and implement sales process to create and sustain a high performance team. Supervision of six or more consultants. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties
Essential -
• Participate in hiring, training and development of a productive sales team.
• Develop and implement individual training to increase production of team and implement successful processes.
• Meet with team daily and weekly to review progress and strategies.
• Scheduled One-on-One meetings with direct reports for goal settings & achievements
• Assist with translation of analysis results to sales objectives/strategies
• Assist with monitoring and analyzing work product to ensure appropriate QI/RM standard.
• Identify trends and implement plans to address
• Demonstrate understanding of business metrics
- KPI reports
- Days filled, Financials and Forecasting tools
- Staffing goals and projection
• Process management
- Liaison between legal, accounting, credentialing
• Fall off assessment and management
• Account Segmentation
- Identification of top clients/candidates
- Three deep philosophy
- Relationship development and management
• Trade Show attendance
• VOC and QA Calls

Requirements:
Skills:
Required -
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Full knowledge of sales, and customer service techniques.
Experience & Education:
Required -
• Successful experience in sales/sales management.
• College level education or equivalent experience.
• 5+ successful years of sales experience in a professional or technical field.
Preferred -
• Experience in the medical field or health care service industry.
• Experience in the staffing industry
Abilities:
Required -
• Ability to train and motivate sales/sales support team members to achieve production goals
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives, increase sales and market share
• Promote and maintain team effort among sales/sales support staff
• Analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans
