Job Requirements:
- Six months call center experience (inbound or outbound; collections, sales, reservations, customer service, etc.)
- One year of sales or customer service experience (call center, retail, “front desk", etc.)
- Positive time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to type and talk at same time, and stay focused in a busy (possibly distracting) atmosphere
- Must pass a credit and criminal background check
Preferences:
- Two years or more experience working in a call center
- Two years or more sales experience (may be same as above)
Training Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 12:00noon
Work Schedule (Post training):
Tuesday through Friday, 8:00am to 12:00noon; Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm
