We are seeking motivated outside sales representatives!

 

Do you want an exciting outside sales opportunity with a fast growing company? 

 

StratStaff is currently looking for candidates to fill an entry level sales position with one of the fastest growing, privately held Payroll and Human Resource service providers in the country.

This company specializes in web-based payroll and a variety of human resource solutions such as time and attendance, benefit administration and HR management. 

 

Perfect for recent college graduates, with paid sales training program, sales support and offering sales management potential within 6-16 months.  

 

AVERAGE FIRST YEAR INCOME IS $65,000 to $85,000.

 

 

Job Description:

 

Daily responsibilities will include meeting with potential clients and discussing their payroll needs, as well as building relationships with banks and CPA’s for referral sources.  The company is a sales-focused organization and it is their goal to equip their Sales Representatives with the best training and tools possible.

 


Position Benefits:

 

·         $30,000-$40,000 base salary based on experience

·         Uncapped commission structure (Average first year reps makes $65,000 - $85,000)

          (Second year rep $100,000 plus)

·         Full health care benefits (medical, dental, vision, matching simple IRA and flexible

          account)

·         Car allowance

·         Cell phone allowance

·         Client expense account

·         Comprehensive month long training process including one week of high level corporate

          training

Job Requirements 


Requirements:

 

·         0-2 years of outside sales experience

·         Bachelors degree is a Must

·         Clean driving record (no suspended/revoked license)

·         Must possess the ability to aggressively schedule appointments via telephone and in

          person

·         Ability to run face to face meetings with potential clients

·         Ability to prospect new business via referral sources and cold calling (both on phone and

          in person)
