Description Fitness Showcase. a leader in fitness equipment sales and service, is looking for a Customer Service representative to work with our Service & Repair team. Job responsibilities will include:

Will perform Preventative Maintenance on customer's fitness equipment at customer's location as scheduling requires
Answer phone inquiries on service-related issues
Coordinate service appointments
Generate Repair Estimates
Research part numbers and Order parts
Process incoming parts shipments
Bill customers for service visits
Submit claims to manufacturers for Warranty work performed
Ship parts to vendors & customers

other duties relating to this team

This is an hourly position, can be part-time, or full-time w/benefits. Work week is M-F, 8am-4:30pm.

Requirements The ideal candidate:

will be able to deal with customers professionally and calmly
has some experience with parts, equipment repairs and Customer Service
will be comfortable with computers and competent with various computer applications
can multi-task
has a better than average memory
has mechanical aptitude, to better understand the equipment & parts
has legible handwriting
is able to learn quickly and apply their knowledge
can follow up and follow through on unfinished tasks
