Maintenance Planner

MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Grays Harbor Paper, L.P., is an independently owned manufacturer of business and copy paper located in Hoquiam, WA.  We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner. This position assists in assessing, planning, coordinating and prioritizing project needs and work orders.  Works with maintenance team advisor to identify spare parts and stock them for projects, identify and ensure manpower for projects. Helps Engineering Department draft plans to get equipment and material to complete projects.  Fully documents all projects (drawings, plans, manuals etc) and maintains equipment files on projects.
Requires an AA in technical field; a BS in technical field is preferred.  Must have at least 5 years experience in manufacturing maintenance.  Knows and has used maintenance planning procedures and computerized maintenance planning systems. Strong experience with spreadsheets, data bases, project planning software.  Facility with AutoCad.  Candidate will have proven team and supervisory and communication skills.
