Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Vocational/technical certification in a healthcare-related area
required. OR HS graduate/GED required.
Ability to successfully complete all required staff qualifications and supervisory training programs
required.
Three (3) years previous work experience in a healthcare-related position required.
One year (1) previous supervisory experience required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proven leadership ability and supervisory skills.
Effective communication skills in order to deal effectively with staff and donors.
Excellent phlebotomy technique.
Physical ability to lift, bend and reach.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to maintain door, patient and employee confidentiality.
Abel to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
Travel out-of-town may be
required.
