Recruiter / Account Manager needed in Kansas City

Onsite Manager / Recruiter / Staffing Manager / Account Manager

Our Kansas City location houses some of the best talent in the industry and we are looking for a proven manager to oversee major local relationships.      

We are looking for a candidate with a professional presence, strong work ethic and dynamic recruiting and staffing skills to develop and manage. Your role will be a unique mix of core business inside sales, dedicated resources oversight, and top client vendor management.  Even as a lead account manager / recruiter type, you will find yourself rolling up your sleeves and tackling issues that present themselves in all staffing environments.

Key characteristics that we are looking for: 1) proven success within a staffing operation for 2 years or more; 2) "behind the desk" recruiting tenure; and 3) at least 2 years of proven client conflict resolution experience.
