Qualifications:
- Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
- Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive.
- Demonstrates a high level of creativity and an interest in Interior Design.
- Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Sets high expectations. Drives performance towards outstanding results.
- Capable negotiator.
- Clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs and desires.
- High School graduate required, higher education a plus.
- Prior retail sales experience helpful to your success, but not required.
- Prior furniture experience not essential.
- Able to work varied shifts, hours and days, and weekends.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating sales utilizing exceptional customer service and knowledge of La-Z-Boy products.
- Achieve personal sales goals
- Achieve certification through La-Z-Boy programs
- Ensure each customer has informative, positive experience.
