SENIOR BRANCH SPECIALIST

 

An outstanding opportunity exists to join Tower Federal Credit Union as a Senior Branch Specialist.  With over $2 billion in assets, Tower is the largest federal credit union in Maryland.   Because Tower has a strong service-oriented organizational culture, it values the contributions of its Branch Administration Team.  Tower has a strong commitment to staff development and offers a flexible work schedule.

 

Under the direction of the Branch Operations Supervisor, the Senior Branch Specialist will travel and provide support to Tower’s branches, Member Service Center, and Business Development site visits.  The Sr. Specialist is sufficiently cross trained and able to act as the interim Teller Supervisor, Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manger in their absence.  For all locations the Sr. Specialist must be aware and follow every branch or departments security procedures. Ensures quality control within the Branch and Member Service Center to be in compliance with Tower’s policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.  Provides for the physical security and operations of the Branch and Member Service Center to safeguard the assets and member accounts at Tower. This position requires the Member Service Reps to possess a broad scope of knowledge about products, services, regulations and the overall functions and procedures of the operational departments within Tower Federal Credit Union. This position is responsible for providing consumer loan and savings services to Tower’s members. The Sr. Specialist will also provide testing and knowledge support to both Information Services and Research & Development. 

 

Requirements

The candidate must have a Bachelors plus 3 years relevant customer service/sales experience or 5 years directly related experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Member Service Representative.  The successful candidate must also be willing and able to obtain a security clearance.  The salary for this position will start in the $40-$46K range.
