Customer Service Manager
Our Customer, an innovative power-alarm solutions provider assisting retailers in securing product displays while providing each customer with an enhanced shopping experience. Their electronic security systems provide shoplifting protection while putting fully functional display items into the hands of potential buyers. They were the first in the loss prevention industry to provide both security and power to display items through its patented power-alarm system.
This position would entail being able to run a call center and supervise all customer service representatives in a call center work environment.
Job Requirements:
* Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Have a personable, positive attitude at all times, even when under pressure
* Must be able to set up a call center
* Must have a minimum of 3-5 years management experience in a call center work environment
* Must be professional
Pay Rate: $40K - $50K D.O.E.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday Overtime required when needed.
