Job Description 

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the staff of our new Community Health Center located at 30th & Post Road on the east side of Indianapolis. This facility will focus primarily on serving the uninsured and underinsured.

 

This position will be responsible for assessing and providing treatment to patients, as well as coordinating patient care and becoming involved in the treatment plan.

 

Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.

 


Job Requirements 

Nurse Practitioner: Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) with preparation as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) required.  Must be a currently licensed registered nurse in the state of Indiana, have Nurse Practitioner authorization for prescriptive authority, and have successfully completed boards. Previous NP experience required.

 

Physician Assistant: Must be a graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program. Current and valid PA-C certification as well as CSR/DEA. At least one year of PA experience in a physician office or hospital setting required.
