SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent a major telecommunications company handling inbound calls
• Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet their needs
• Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience
• Utilize multiple systems simultaneously, locate information, interpret information and take appropriate action while speaking with customers
• Enjoy speaking with customers and assisting them with billing inquires, rate plans and troubleshooting
• Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment

• A minimum of 1 year sales experience
• Experience working in a customer service or sales environment (call center experience preferred but not required)
• Keen listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High School Diploma or GED

• Provide satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
