Job Description

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT MANAGER!

We offer the speed of quick service and the quality of a casual family dining restaurant. Our menu consists of a variety of high-quality deli sandwiches, extra large baked potatoes, soups, salads, desserts and our famous iced tea. You will appreciate the efficient systems used in food preparation within our kitchens. There is minimal cooking and we do not use stoves, mixers, or fryers so when you leave the kitchen, you don’t smell like an order of fries.

As we expand our concept, our need for quality individuals to step into more advanced positions within the McAlister’s family is a must. Our highest priority for recruitment into our restaurants is to hire the right kind of people to represent our brand. These individuals must possess the ability and passion for delivering superior customer service (whether internal or external customers) in a friendly and enthusiastic environment. Strong motivation, leadership, teamwork and people management skills are required.

We currently have 150+ locations in 18 southeastern United States with continued growth throughout the northeast and shifting into the central US. We plan on this continued growth in conjunction with our franchise partners by 20 to 30 new restaurants per year.
