Description Works as strategic business HR partner with management to develop, implement, and integrate HR activities and programs in support of the business' strategies, goals and organizational objectives; directly provides comprehensive HR and organizational development services while ensuring compliance to regulations; maintains credibility with managers/employees by providing excellent customer service, professional advice and guidance.
Requirements Successful candidate must meet the following minimum qualifications: Bachelors Degree in HR Management, Business or related field; or degree with equivalent work experience; Professional HR certification a plus. Must have a minimum of 8 yrs experience in progressively more responsible positions involving all areas of Human Resources with experience at the Director/Manager level; proven ability to drive results and make effective, timely decisions affecting HR aspects of business; skill in coaching leadership and staff resources to obtain optimum performance levels; proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and e-mail, and HRIS systems; excellent communication skills - interpersonal, oral and written; presentation experience a must; excellent organization and planning skills; strong problem solving skills - able to propose and implement change; creative, energetic, and flexible.
