Description Job Description
Will be taking inbound calls from Pharmacist or members to refill prescriptions.

Assignment Length:
• Long term
• Temporary-to hire opportunity (Client has up to 12 months to make hiring decision)

Required Qualifications
• Must have a stable work history and worked in a customer service position
• Work History Stability - a minimum of 1 ½ years in one of the previous two positions.
• Must meet or exceed evaluation expectations for customer service positions:
• Behavioral Analysis (must include the following areas)
• Performance, Tenure, and Customer Service
• Call Center Evaluations
• Listening Skills
• Data Entry
• Telephone Etiquette
• Loma Repevaulator - Score must be recommended

Requirements Successful candidates will be able to meet the following expectations:
Candidates must be able to be flexible and work the schedule provided to them.
• Monday-Friday 6:30am-Midnight
• Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm
Classroom Training
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm from 2-7 weeks, depending on business needs
