The primary role of the Sales Consultant-DPS (Design, Print & Ship) is to support the growth of small to medium Business Solutions Division (B2B) accounts with complex buying needs within a defined group of retail locations.  This position will be focused on customer retention and growth of contract/account business through increases in overall "share-of-wallet", and through the sign-up of new customers.  The Sales Consultant-DPS will contribute to meeting the revenue goals for both BSD and NAR (North American Retail) through the development of programs and relationships that facilitate solutions consultation and customer satisfaction inside retail stores.  This position will work closely with BSD Managers and general line sales reps, NAR Store Managers and Solutions Managers.  In addition, the Sales Consultant-DPS work closely with the DPS Sales and Merchandising organizations to facilitate the launch of all new DPS products, services, and solutions within Retail Stores.

This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, bachelors degree is preferred, as well as 1-2 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a complex business-to-consumer and business-to-business service-orientated environment; or demonstration of skills and learning through an internal development program and selection process.
