Description Growing Long Term Home Health Care Program is seeking a Full Time Clinical Nurse Supervisor. Great salary and benefits.

Experience in LTHHCP and/or CHHA, NY RN License required.

Provides supervision of the LTHHCP nursing staff through on-site evaluation and chart review and ensures overall coordination of paraprofessional services in order to maintain optimum levels of care.

Requirements Cuarrent NYS RN License

A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or administration experience in home care

BS degree in nursing or community health
