Description Recovery Healthcare Corporation has been the forerunner in offering Smart Solutions for Criminal Justice since 1993. Tracking and Treatment is our specialty. Recovery Healthcare Corporation is looking for Customer Services Representative professionals to deliver our Electronic Monitoring Program to the Tarrant County metro area. Secific Responsibilities Include: - Provide 1st level telephone support - Address customer questions regarding daily operational issues such as equipment installations, removals, battery changes, and receipt of modem communications/data upload. - Work communication and equipment alerts - Perform installs and de-installs - Assist in management of equipment inventory - Perform periodic audits of hierarchy setup within the courts - Review and prepare daily reports for the courts - Manage support - Perform maintenance

Requirements Basic Qualifications - Bachelors Degree preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills for entry-level position - Excellent interpersonal skills - Work well in a structured team environment - Bilingual is a plus - Experience in electronic monitoring field preferred Other requirements: - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - PC Proficiency - Must possess driver's license - Must pass criminal background check - Non-smoker
