PharMerica Corporation is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) to join our growing 24-hour call center. We have 3 levels of customer service positions available ranging from basic call center duties to leadership opportunities.

The CSR’s are responsible for interacting with customers, handling inbound & outbound calls, documenting, fact finding, and problem solving, while maintaining confidence and positive interaction with clients. CSR’s coordinate in resolving customer service issues in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Responsive, Reliable, Respectful.

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• 4–6+ years of customer service and/or call center
experience required
• Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
• Leadership/supervisory skills a plus
• Inside/outside sales experience a plus
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician a plus
