Residential Property is seeking a motivated, hard-working individual for the position of Maintenance Person / Janitor! Part-time, average about 10 hours per week, shifts will generally be 8:30 am – 2:30 pm.
Will be responsible for performing facilities duties. Keep building clean and maintain grounds. Maintenance / janitorial experience and a mature attitude are required.
Must be responsible and dependable in addition to maintaining a professional attitude and neat appearance. Must be able to work scheduled shifts as needed and consistently arrive for work on time. Experience in general housekeeping and ground clean up is preferred. MUST be able to pass background checks.
