Description
Our client, a very successful building materials and home decorating/remodeling retailer, is searching for a Kitchen & Bath Designer/Salesperson. Outstanding opportunity for the right candidate. Will be responsible for consulting with clients, assisting them in selecting cabinet styles and designs and then recommending colors to coordinate with existing appliances, flooring, etc. Must be a very good listener so that you can determine their needs and then consistently exceed their expectations with a goal of building a strong referral system, and a recognized expert in your field.
Strong "people" skills and customer service mindset essential! Position requires a strong attention to detail and a knack for home decor and sales. In addition, candidate must be upbeat, hard-working and always willing to assist, having a true passion for what they do.
Requires some evening and weekend work so successful candidate must be flexible.
