Responsible for all aspects of collection efforts on deliquent accounts ensuring compliance, training, motivating and development of employees to performance expectations.
Evaluate employees, handle customer escalation issues, monitor calls ensuring proper customer service and collection methods reporting to management, conduct monthly team meetings, assist management in dialer campaigns and strategies. Reports and scheduling staff.
Portfolio data management experience preferred, Inbound/Outbound phone dialer systems.
Experience developing/implementing dialer strategies. Must be goal driven and have demonstrated ability to meet or exceed required goals and objectives. Proficient in MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel. Must have analytical skills, highly organized, attention to detail, strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication. Strong leadership, ability to work closely with others and team oriented. Flexible working nights, weekends and holidays.
