Description

DDN Pharmaceutical Logistics has an immediate need for a Shipping Supervisor. This position is responsible for coordinating work flow and monitoring employee performance by directing order filling and activities in all aspects of the shipping department. In addition, this position will assist in training employees, identifying and analyzing problem areas and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements Successful candidates will possess 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience and a bachelors degree is preferred. Strong verbal and written communications skills and organizational ability are a must. Strong, attention to detail, problem solving capabilities and general knowledge of order processing procedures are required. This position required previous experience with RF machines and warehouse management systems.
