Under general supervision, according to policy, serves cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, and also prepares popcorn and/or some other snack. Greets guests and answers questions to maintain a positive image.

    Job Requirements
    Requires ability to take written and verbal direction. Requires ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment. Requires knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community and cocktail hours. Requires ability to conduct accurate inventory of beverage items and supplies and calculate order levels.
    Must meet the minimum age as required by state law to serve alcohol.
    Previous experience in working with the public or food service experience preferred, but not required.
