ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE INFO
We are really looking for someone who already has experience with non ferrous metals, especially aluminum and most importantly magnesium--a MUST. Also, they need to have the experience with the molding process using sand, not permanent molds.

We are looking for someone who is already experienced. We have plenty that have little to no experience. We want someone who can walk in with minimal or no training. They need to have the sand mold experience. Those are really the main things overall that we are looking for in this candidate.
