Individuals who seek treatment at Habit OPCO are everyday people struggling to overcome addictions. They have families, friends, jobs, hobbies and dreams. They come from all walks of life and age groups. All of the patients treated at Habit OPCO come here voluntarily, out of a desire to receive treatment to improve their lives.

Status: Full Time, Employee

Job Location: US-MA-Springfield

Salary: $3,000.00 sign on bonus.

Job Summary - Substance Abuse Counselor / Clinician- Springfield:

We currently have full time positions available in our Springfield facility.

Responsibilities - Substance Abuse Counselor / Clinician- Springfield:

  • Clinicians provide individual, group and family therapy in a setting that offers the opportunity to do long term treatment.

Habit OPCO, formerly Habit Management, is a private outpatient program dedicated to the treatment of substance abuse. We operate 18 sited and 3 mobile programs and are the largest fully CARF accredited opiate treatment service in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
 
Job Requirements
Requirements - Substance Abuse Counselor / Clinician- Springfield:

Candidates should have prior substance abuse counseling experience and meet one of the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in related field.
  • Licensed as an LMHC or LICSW.
  • Master’s degree with two or more years of substance abuse counseling experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly encouraged to apply.
