The Opportunity
We are opening up a new market – Dentists. We intend to leverage our industry-leading resources and expertise in serving health care professionals to sell malpractice into this market. You will be spear heading our sales efforts into this ripe market.
This is an opportunity to break into the insurance industry and learn it from the ground up. You provide your selling skills and abilities and we’ll train you on the rest. We’re willing to pay you for your hard work, and we won’t cap your income. Within two years you will have gained knowledge on business insurance. This will give you a solid foundation from which to build your career in the insurance industry. We are in a growth mode so you can expect advancement opportunities within our company.
This in an inside sales position which means you will be selling to dentists over the phone. You will receive and develop leads. You will be expected to initiate contact, conduct a needs assessment, qualify the opportunity, present solutions, and close. You’ll spend 80% of your time the first 18-24 months finding and selling new customers and building a book of business. You will be supported by customer service and sales support which will allow you to focus on what you do best, sell.
Compensation. Salary plus commission. Income of $55,000+ achievable the first year with expectations you would make $70,000+ within 24 months.

• Have made a minimum of $40,000 in W2-earnings last year working in a sales position where your compensation was salary plus commission.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Compensation: Income of $55,000+ achievable the first year with expectations you would make $70,000 + within 24 months.
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with a 6% match, long term sick leave, LTD, life insurance, etc.
Other Requirements: High school degree or equivalent. College degree preferred. Property and causality insurance license, or equivalent insurance sales experience and willingness to acquire P&C license within 30 days. 2 years of phone sales required, preferably in insurance.

Requirements
A personal and commercial lines agent license is required or must be obtained within one month of employment. Two - three years of phone sales is required, preferably in the insurance industry.
Candidates must be have the ability to qualify, sell and consult with clients and prospects on professional liability needs. The ability to communicate effectively, develop rapid relationships and motivate prospective clients on the purchase of products is necessary.
