  • Requirements The Team Leader assists the Location Manager in overseeing all the stores and shops within a specific location. Direct and coordinate activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations while maximizing profits. This is a Full-Time position.

     

  • One (1) year merchandising, operations and personnel experience as a retail supervisor or team leader in either a department store or specialty/gift store with a full understanding of First Class Customer Service is preferred
  • Ensure optimum customer service through the effective communication of policies and procedures to all associates
  • Ability to read and analyze financial data
  • Ability to perform math skills of a financial nature
  • Ability to complete detailed paperwork
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills. Fluent in verbal, written and reading English
  • Ability to stand and walk for several hours per day, bend, reach and use a computer keyboard
  • Ability to lift and move boxes/totes of merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs when necessary
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 7/365 work environment
