IV Infusion Delivery Manufacturer seeks medical sales professional: Responsibilities: •Driving specialty IV Device product sales into key GPO, IDN and individual account targets. •Assist contracted distributor partners in protecting base of business by training and co-selling with their sales representatives; driving sales of new products into targeted accounts; developing and encouraging strong customer relationships, and building brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. •Plan, prioritize, monitor, and track all sales cycle events. •Present the clinical benefits of products through individual and committee presentations. •Track, report and analyze sales opportunities on a routine basis. •Forecast, monitor, and post sales activities within respective territories.
Bachelor's degree required. •Minimum 6 years related sales experience with a minimum of four years experience selling medical devices, disposable products, and medical equipment in a hospital environment. •Previous experience with a Fortune 500 company is desired. •Call-point experience with IV Therapy nursing, Critical Care nursing, Purchasing, and Infection Control, Risk Management, and Pharmacy Experience calling on multi-departmental hospital middle management executives at the account and IDN level. •Comfortable presenting in a committee or group setting. • Demonstrated track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives using a disciplined Value-Based/ Consultative Sales Process. •Previous experience with DISTRIBUTORS team selling is preferred. •Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation, communication, influencing, business planning, sales strategy, problem solving, decision making and time management skills. •Ability to travel within designated geography. •Territory: Representative can be based in Jacksonville or Tallahassee (preferred)...Orlando (least) desired covering all of Central Florida. •Travel: 30 - 40%
