FLOATING On-Site Program Manager - Staffing Industry Experience in Healthcare / IT - Career Opportunity
As a result of our expanding business, we are conducting a search for an experienced On-Site Program Manager who will float between our various program sites across the US. Irvine, California will be home base. Travel will range from 50% - 70%.

JOB SUMMARY
This position, in partnership with Branch Management, provides tactical and strategic staffing support that consistently meets or exceeds the client's business expectations, while meeting our business objectives. Our On-Site Program Manager is accountable for developing client relationships at our client site. S/he will manage the staffing, operations, recruiting and sub-vendor relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Staffing Goals

Manages the activities and performance of our Supplier contractors or temporary employees working at the client Healthcare location

Conducts new employee orientation

Manage compliance requirements for all contract staff utilized by client

Manage and motivate team
Service Goals

Maintain customer focused, professional relationships with client, suppliers, staff and travelers

Understands and constantly verifies the needs, expectations, and performance objectives of management and key contacts throughout the client's healthcare organization

Receives, manages and fills the client's clinical and non-clinical staffing orders including communicating with the supplier base and support branch and assuming ownership for the timely fulfillment

Meets with the client's management and key customers to ensure all needs, expectations and performance objectives are being met in a timely, probative manner

Maintains a thorough understanding of the clinical and non-clinical job requirements and performance expectations for each position staffed or supervised by the Company and communicates this information to all memebers of the support team

Lead and manage program standardization projects with best practices

Coordinates the payroll and invoicing processes assuming ownership for client satisfaction regarding these processes

Maintains supplier employees' credential records
