Sprint Customer Service Specialists take inbound calls from Sprint employees and Sprint retail store representatives to activate or update accounts, assist with billing inquiries and handle service or equipment issues. In addition to providing excellent customer service, Sprint Specialists must meet production goals and adhere to strict attendance guidelines.
The position requires strong customer service experience, proficiency in operating a computer, ability to work a flexible schedule and a positive attitude.

Candidates must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have at least 1 year of Customer Service and/or Sales experience (Customer Service Experience does not have to be in a call center environment)
• Have strong typing skills and strong computer skills using Windows-based systems
• Be willing to submit to (and pass) a background check and drug screening prior to being hired
•Be flexible and able to work any shift between the hours of 7:00am and 1:00am, Monday through Saturday and 11:00am to 1:00am on Sunday
