Restaurant Manager and General Manager needed for Rapidly Expanding Fast Casual Concept

 

We are a new fast casual concept, designed to deliver great tasting burgers and sides in a hip, modern environment, quickly and conveniently. We feature the best burgers you ever tasted Fresh, never frozen Certified Angus Beef® steak smashed and seared to seal in the flavor of our Signature recipes. If you're not in the mood for burgers, we do offer chicken and salads, along with a variety of side items and Haagen Dazs Ice Cream and Floats.

 

We are starting to grow aggressively nationwide. We will be opening up 16 locations in the next three years in the state of Iowa alone.

 

We're looking for candidates that have at least 2 years of current fast casual or casual dining restaurant management experience. You should also have experience in Team Building, Cost Control, Sales Development, and the Ability to Build Profit.

Gecko Hospitality recruits Restaurant Management for corporate and privately owned restaurants.  We cover the entire United States.  The qualifications and requirements to be considered are:

  • 2-3+ years (current) salaried Restaurant Management experience.
  • Stable employment history (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)
  • Strong work ethic; after all we are in the restaurant business which requires a 50-55 hour work week.
  • Able to pass a background check (and some employers also do a credit check)
