This position acts as the clinical research nurse for research studies in which TriHealth participates and as a liaison between Study Sponsors, Study Monitors, Primary Investigators, other physicians, hospital staff, and the Institutional Review Board to
coordinate the efforts necessary to efficiently and effectively run a clinical research study. This includes:
*being an active participant in the selection of studies in which TriHealth participates
*developing a process for implementation of the protocol
*participating in the identification of potential subjects
*randomizing patients and accurately and thoroughly collecting and reporting data
*educating and coordinating the care of patients who are in research studies
