Collection Representative Opportunity:

A large growing full-service organization in Orange County, offering individuals and companies a wide range of high-quality services is looking to add "Customer Service/Front End & Back End Collections Representatives" to their growing team!  You will be working in a Fun and Fast-Paced work Environment.  This is a Recession Proof Position with room for Growth & Advancement.   Permanent and Direct Hire Full time opportunities are available. 

Collection Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

-          This will be a customer service call center environment 

-          Collections on 30+ days delinquent accounts

-          Make 100+ outbound calls a day

-          Resolve customer account delinquencies

-          Assist clients with account concerns & needs

-          Locate individuals defaulting on finance obligations

-          Must be motivated to meet weekly/monthly productivity goals and incentives 

Collection Representative Benefits:

-          Base Pay + Monthly Commission after 30 days.
